Yesterday, the Union argued that registration was mandatory for all waqfs, including waqf by user, even before the 2025 amendments. โ๏ธ Yesterday, the Supreme Court granted interim bail to Ashoka University professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad to assist with the ongoing investigation against him. He had been in judicial custody over two social media posts related to Operation Sindoor.
