On Thursday I ate too much sugar & hasn’t ate actual food yet…& man I got zero sleep. My stomach was a WRECK. Didnt sleep one hour, then at 5:30am I drove to LA & was a walking zombie. Felt better today but at like 1pm it hit me again. Crazy drowsy & even kinda dizzy at times 😩
