When I joined Adobe two years ago (two years and one month) I had these goals:
1. Grow this AI community to 100k
2. Help others in AI community find job opportunities + and that would include advocating for Firefly Ambassador Program (which is paid)
3. Collaborate with as many AI companies / startups / creators on adding 3rd party AI models to Adobe tools. Because I really really want AI industry to survive and thrive. I advocated from day 1.
4. Volunteer to teach AI at local schools, colleges, Universities (at least once a month).
5. Keep my DMs open and help as many people as I can.
6. Have a chilled X Space that is spontaneous and relaxing “Coffee & AI” was created and done almost weekly.
A tide raises all boats, there’s enough for everyone. Collaborate and support. AI creative community is the best.
