French search engine Qwant has asked France’s antitrust regulator to take interim action against Microsoft $MSFT, alleging Bing is degrading Qwant’s search quality. The regulator is gathering input from other engines and may decide by September whether to act or open a full investigation. Microsoft says the complaint has no merit and it's cooperating fully.
