Bernstein Raises PT on $AAPL to $260 from $240
Analyst comments: "We view Apple as a quality compounder, with mid-single-digit revenue growth, improving margins, disciplined capital returns, and double-digit EPS growth. AAPL’s strength is that it is increasingly a platform company—2.3B+ devices and nearly 1 billion unique, demographically attractive users.
That said, Apple’s valuation is at peak relative levels, the stock has a distinct seasonal trading pattern, and the iPhone 16 cycle is tepid and could disappoint—we would look to add to positions at $220 or below and/or in the February to April time frame. A full base for the stock would be $9 in EPS in FY26 at a 32x-33x multiple, or $290+/share."
