Gentex $GNTX to Acquire VOXX International $VOXX in an All-Cash Transaction:
⚡️Under the terms of the agreement, Gentex will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of VOXX common stock not already owned by Gentex for $7.50 per share, which is at a 3.47% discount from the stock’s last close.
⚡️Through the merger, expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, Gentex expects its yearly revenue to increase between $350 million and $400 million.
