Need two or more officers, and need big purchases vs their income, that’s when it becomes accurate in backtesting. And have to check the filings to make sure they were awards or exercises. Was not always right away though, 3-6months iirc

Inflexible time requirements play a role in gender gaps. After residency work for new doctors was capped at 80 hours a week in 2003, women moved into more high paying (& higher workload) specialties.
