$SHOP is joining our Top 20 list from today.
Chart will now be uploaded every weekend and reviewed again every Wednesday.
It is not cheap in terms of looking at its fundamentals right now but neither was $AMZN when it had a PE of 300+ when we first bought it
And it has climbed 82% since then.
$SHOP is approaching our Wave C level shortly so we will consider a position here shortly and continuously add on Wave 2 and Wave 4 in its next impulse wave.

$BABA Fair Value was estimated on 5 Year Free Cash Flow projection.
It is also in line with our Mean Reversion Zone on our chart below.

This is very straightforward for $BABA now:
2021 Free Cash Flow level was $27 Billion
2022 Free Cash Flow level was $13 Billion
2023 Free Cash Flow level was $24 Billion
And the share price pulled back hard because of this 2022 dip in FCF.
If they finish 2024 above $28 Billion Free Cash Flow their share price will return to the mean reversion zone as shown, above $140.

Do not limit your investing goals by time.
- Research undervalued positions
- DCA into a position after it has completed a Wave 2, Wave 4 or ABC correction.
- Trim positions at the top of Wave 3 and Wave 5
- Reassess consistently that the fundamentals have not changed, after each earnings report is a good time to do this.
- If they have changed, take action.
- Be prepared to hold a position as long as the fundamentals remain strong, even during a consolidation phase.
Master these points and you are on a fast track route to creating wealth.
