Bing guardrails are much stricter than ChatGPT, prompts that work well in ChatGPT do not always fly with Bing. It wants to do search and analysis, it has no time for your fun & games.

Influencers will likely attempt to have Bing chat-generated controversial statements so they can deliver viral content. Often they will remove context so as to amplify the controversy. Chat apps are not oracles but canvases. Hence whatever you see is influenced by its user.
