There are Kumamoto oysters on the other side of that sand spit right now. The sun sets in about an hour (9 PM).
These oysters are best eaten raw and pair nicely with salmon I will catch this weekend. Some people prefer a dab of horseradish on the oyster or a Mignonette Sauce. https://t.co/LTXZreg6Ru
