When you cold call, you want to support, not embarrass. It need not be a quiz. You can ask open-ended questions or opinions on previous comments. The goal is to integrate the cold calls into discussion. You can also “warm call” & give people a heads-up that you’ll call them next. - Ethan Mollicktweet
