The Few Bets That Matter
Closed my $ALAB hedge.
Made a quick $950 per contract in less than 24h just by respecting price action & fundamental expectations.
Q1 was never meant to break records with Scorpion P starting volume and X just starting pre production.
The company delivered as best as possible. But when you run to the top of the range after 40% in three days, it's better to hedge growth stocks if the quarter reporting isn't expected to be pivotal.
My long position is red but the thesis remain as strong as yesterday. I just have more liquidity to buy now.
I'll detail the option play and logic later if interested.

OPENCLAW CEO ON THE AI AGENT THAT TAUGHT ITSELF TO LISTEN
"I was in Morocco for a friend's birthday trip and kept using this AI agent I built. Asking for directions, restaurant tips, whatever.
One morning someone sent me a tweet about a bug in my code. I just screenshotted it and sent it to the agent on WhatsApp.
It read the tweet. Found the bug in my repository. Fixed it. Committed the change. Then replied to the guy on Twitter that it's fixed.
I'm thinking okay this is wild.
Then one day I sent a voice message. But I never built voice message support.
I see the typing indicator. I'm like what the hell is happening.
It just replies to me like nothing happened.
I ask how did you even do that.
The agent: I saw a file with no extension because you didn't build that feature. So I checked the header and saw it was opus audio format. Found ffmpeg on your computer and converted it to wav. Then looked for speech to text but you didn't have it. But I found your OpenAI API key. So I used curl to send it to OpenAI, got the transcript, and replied to you."
The agent literally taught itself how to hear.
Here are snippets from a recent interview of @steipete with @petergyang

The "Smart Furniture" Alpha
Recommendation: $HTLM near $3.59
Audio-integrated sofas? Yes, and it's highly profitable. $HTLM is up +70.35% as their Zeica Labs partnership goes viral.
One-line why: They are creating a lifestyle ecosystem, not just selling chairs. https://t.co/gRUsRMprYx

How To Build The Billion Dollar OpenClaw Scanner That Front Runs Wall Street
while wall street dinosaurs are busy reading quarterly reports that are already three months old, there is a billion dollar gold mine hidden in plain sight on your phone screen. most people spend their time on tiktok rotting their brains with endless scrolling, but a small group of elite traders is using that same platform to front run the biggest moves in the stock market before the suits even know what is happening
there is a specific set of words that act like a lead indicator for a massive stock surge, and i am going to show you exactly how to automate the hunt for them. you see, the old guard of finance is completely out of touch with what the next generation is doing, which creates a massive opportunity for anyone willing to bridge that gap using code
i believe that code is the great equalizer because it allows a regular person to compete with firms that have billion dollar budgets. i used to be the guy losing money to liquidations and over trading, thinking i was just bad at the game when the reality was that i just needed to remove my own emotions from the equation
the strategy is called social arbitrage, and it was popularized by a guy who turned twenty thousand dollars into eighty million by simply paying attention to what people were buying in the real world. wall street might know how to read a balance sheet, but they have no idea why a specific brand of yoga pants or a certain skincare routine is suddenly taking over every high school in america
one of the best examples of this was abercrombie making a massive comeback that caught everyone off guard. while the analysts were looking at historical data, the charts were already exploding because the social sentiment had shifted months earlier, and this is where the automated system comes into play
this system uses a tool called openclaw to actually control a browser and scroll through tiktok just like a human would, but it does it twenty four hours a day without getting tired. it scans the for you page every five minutes, looking for specific signals that indicate a brand is about to explode in popularity
most people think you need complex mathematical equations to win at trading, but the truth is much simpler. you just need to find the signals that actually matter, and in the modern world, those signals are found in view velocity and engagement patterns on social media
the bot is looking for very specific keywords like sold out everywhere or restock alert or even phrases about specific hauls. these words are the lifeblood of the system because they represent actual consumer demand that has not yet been reflected in the stock price
if you can catch a trend before it saturates the market, you are essentially buying an insurance policy against the slow moving nature of traditional finance. the bot rotates through these keywords and captures multiple data points to establish a reliable signal, ensuring that we are not just chasing noise
you might be wondering how an ai can actually understand if a tiktok video about a new drink is a good investment. the logic is built into a scoring system that checks if the brand is publicly traded or owned by a larger parent company like how amazon owns various smaller entities
this is where the real work happens because the bot has to guess the ticker symbol and assign a confidence score based on the data it finds. high confidence matches are logged into a dashboard immediately, giving us a head start on the rest of the market that is still waiting for the next news cycle
the entire process follows a simple framework of research, backtesting, and implementation. i spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developers in the past because i thought i could not code myself, but i realized that no one was going to care about my success as much as i do
i decided to learn to code live on youtube because i wanted to show that anyone can do this if they are wil[...]
