The company IPOed less than two years ago, and shares have dropped over 40% since on ao deteriorating growth/demand, market uncertainty, coupled with some debt and slide decks that are too long.

Large European beauty specialty retailer, with c 1/3 of revenues from ecom (rest brick). Healthy margins and good cash generation.

No near term catalyst, but good one when the consumer turns.
