💰ESSA shareholders will receive 0.8547 shares of CNB common stock, which values ESSA at about $21.10 per share, representing a 13.26% premium from the stock’s last close.
💰The new company is expected to have about $8 billion in total assets, $7 billion in total deposits, and $6 billion in total loans.
