Hang Seng Index
This chart is showing how strong the HSI has been compared to global indexes over the last 3 months.
It is up 19.6% while the other indexes range between 2.5% - 6.2%
The break away happened on the 18th of April, on the same day that the US markets started to weaken and show first signs that a correction is approaching.
Since then enormous amounts have been rushing into the Hang Seng Index, likely led by US institutions.
It is worth noting that a lot of this happened after Q1, which won't be revealed to the market for another 3 months.....but since we already know that US investors have been buying heavy in Q1, we suspect this has continued in Q2.
Smart money is getting in.
