- Russia invaded Ukraine
- 7.5% 30 Yr mortgage rates in the US
- GOLD has made ATH’s
- US bonds collapsed
- US is $33Trillion in Debt, up $11 Trillion.

And the $SPY still rose 80% in 5 years.
