Only retail and small HF buy. Then it gets coverage by Ichiyoshi, and then SBI, Okasan, Daiwa, and all the big brokers, by the time which the multiple will reach 15-20x PE. I.e. smart retail can buy small growth early and sell it to institutional in the end.
