Hidden Value Gems
Anyone looked at Esso SAF - a French subsidiary of $XOM - the numbers look like its MCap is almost the same as Net Cash, but this is probably outdated as they should have paid a special dividend. XOM is taking it private, as I understand it.

Most of the info is in French.

Just curious if there is any juice left there...🤔

Lots of action over at Empresaria $EMR.

A large shareholder owning >5% has been pushing for a big clean up of the board.

At the same time, the company is waiting for a 'firm intention' from Legacy UK for its 62p p/s offer (c. +60% vs the current price).

~4x ev/ebitda on arguably depressed earnings. Crappy liquidity though.

And a ton of Dutch investors on the register it seems 🤔
