The CEO of Forian $FORA is trying to take the company out at $2.10 p/s in cash.

Interesting time for an offer; Forian has seen growth return strongly over the past two quarters after a few tough years.

The last quarter was even profitable.

The company has ~50% of its market cap in net cash and the shares are trading at all time lows.

One last detail, the CEO bought a ton of shares back in Jan en Feb, all in the $2.19-3.59 range (vs $2.10 today).
