What I don't like:

- Magnet Forensics, acquired by Thoma Bravo is competitor and I'm not qualified to compare/contrast.
- $CLBT is not a US company.
- Interim CEO recently named permanent CEO. Prefer founder-led. $AXON Rick Smith is from 1993.
- Axon = hardware + software, while Cellebrite = mostly software.
- Valuation isn't bad but on higher end for its history.
- SPAC sponsor, True Wind, has a bonus of 1.5M shares that will vest if share price is above $30 by Aug 2026. Between that, new CFO from New Relic (sold co), and some other clues, I think they're going to push for sale. I'm looking for long term holdings.
