Battalion Oil $BATL terminated the merger with Fury Resources -
🛢️The deal was not completed before the outside date of December 19, 2024, so the company chose to terminate the merger agreement.
🛢️Under the agreement, Battalion Oil is allowed to keep the $10 million already released from the Escrow Account on January 24, 2024.
🛢️Fury Resources must pay an additional $15 million within two business days of receiving the Termination Notice.
