Interesting observations by Tyler Grason from @PatientCM
➡️ Small-caps (since 1979) performed better than the S&P 500 once the Sahm Rule was triggered, outperforming the S&P most of the time and achieving a 100% win rate on a 3-year period.
➡️ S&P500 initially struggled but delivered +14.2% returns in 12 months.
Stay patient!

Value investors could be in for a treat, if the analysis by @PzenaInvstmtMgt is correct:
✅ Over the past 65 years, cap-weighted index beat the equal-weight index by more than 10% in just 15 six-month periods out of more than 750 rolling six-month periods
✅ In the past, the bounce back for EW following these 12 extreme periods has tended to be dramatic and happens fairly quickly, as EW has, on average, significantly outperformed CW in one- and five-year time frames, and value outperformed both by a wide margin.
