Overheard at the conference from the long/short PM:

When we short we have a team of a dozen dedicated analysts working full time on accounting inconsistencies, these are serious people doing serious work.
I know most short shops that get the most coverage are usually on Twitter. They usually likely cover their short within the first day after they publish on Twitter but these are not serious people.
