what's cool about the new Muse model (that beats Stable Diffusion in performance by 3x or so) is that the new architecture can likely be applied to other modalities, since the masking-and-unmasking strategy happens on abstract tokens instead of doing diffusion directly on pixels

E.g. you have two examples that start “I went to the store and bought”. 1. Next word “bananas”, 2. Next word “Walnuts”. Instead of two one-hot encoded examples, use one two-hot example
