- maintains healthy body composition and maintains muscle and bone mass in adults

T - Thyroid Gland

1. Thyroxine hormone
- controls rate of metabolism
- controls physical and mental development in children

A - Adrenal Gland

1. Adrenaline
- prepares your body to act during an emergency

P - Pancreas

1. Insulin
- Controls glucose level in the blood by converting excess glucose into glycogen to store in the livers

O - Ovary

1. Oegesterone
- controls female secondary sexual characteristics
- stimulates production of ova
2. Progesterone
- maintains thickness of uterus wall for implantation of embryo

T - Testis

1. Testerone
- controls male secondary sexual characteristics
- stimulates sperm production

Alkane - A has one line through, therefore (C - C)
AlkEne - E has more than one like, therefore (C=C) or triple covalent bond (C (triple line) C)

Lampakk je there's a single bond with more than one stroke, it's immediately unsaturated!

For example..

Saturated because its all with a single bond (C-C) - Alkane

Unsaturated because its more than one bond (C=C) - Alkene
