At Athalassa National Forest Park, as part of a Ministry of Education programme, students engaged in inquiry-based fieldwork.
They investigated biodiversity, explored ecosystem interactions, and examined sustainability through direct observation, data collection, and analysis.
The day continued with a guided visit to the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics.
Students were introduced to real-world applications of genetics, neuroscience, and biotechnology, gaining a deeper understanding of how scientific knowledge is applied in contemporary research.
This experience allowed students to connect classroom learning with the wider world, strengthening both their scientific thinking and curiosity.

Visits like this offer students an opportunity to see and understand different aspects of life, encouraging attentiveness, compassion, and respect for others.
Meeting people who dedicate themselves to caring for those in need leaves a lasting impression and helps shape a deeper sense of empathy.
This initiative was also part of our Family Day activities, reinforcing values of community, togetherness, and thoughtful care for others.

It took place at Gallery Morfi in Limassol, bringing together the creative work of Trinity students while exploring the relationship between colour, form, and rhythm inspired by Orphism, and creating a space where visual art felt dynamic and alive.
The event opened with guest arrivals, music by a DJ, and an interactive ebru workshop. This was followed by the official opening and the recognition of participating students.
Guests were then invited to a guided tour of the exhibition, offering deeper insight into the works on display.
A lecture by Polina Dobragaeva, “Orphism and Other Strange Words: How to Understand Contemporary Art,” added another dimension to the experience, helping visitors engage more confidently with contemporary artistic language.

This time, it expanded into a three-day event filled with engaging activities and inspiring experiences.
Students had the opportunity to attend presentations by guest speakers, including representatives from the Cyprus Institute, Frederick University, and an international expert in biological sciences. Highlights included the presentation of a student-built Formula racing car and a science film workshop.
The central part of the event remained the student project exhibition. The quality of work this year showed clear progress, with noticeable growth in research skills and critical thinking across all year groups.
Well done to all students and teachers involved!
