The tournament served as a qualifying stage for the upcoming School Team Chess Championship, organised under the Cyprus Chess Federation and scheduled for 26 April.
The top five students from both primary and secondary levels have been selected to represent the school.
Following last year’s first-place achievement, the team now turns its attention to the upcoming competition, approaching it with focus, discipline, and clear ambition.

Students explored maths through interactive stations, working together to solve challenges, build models, and think creatively. Grade 5 students supported younger learners, making the experience even more collaborative.
Later, each class presented their projects and led workshops — from plants and habitats to simple machines, electricity, and experiments with forces.
It was a day of curiosity, teamwork, and sharing ideas.
Thank you to everyone who made it possible

Students and teachers from 11 schools across Cyprus came together to share ideas, present their work, and connect with one another.
This year’s theme, “The Heritage of Byzantium” inspired a wide range of presentations, research projects, and creative contributions. Participants also took part in workshops and discussions, making the day both engaging and enriching.
The conference created a space for communication, learning, and new connections — an experience that brings schools closer together every year.
