In collaboration with the Omodos Technical School, the Department of Viticulture & Oenology, Linos Winery, and the Omodos Community Council, students took part in grape harvesting, barefoot pressing, traditional cooking, and folk dance, all while dressed in traditional Cypriot attire.
This initiative supported the Omodos community’s recovery following recent wildfires and reflected our school’s commitment to Service as Action and experiential learning.
We were honoured to welcome distinguished guests from the Ministry of Education and the Omodos community, who joined us in celebrating Cyprus’ cultural heritage 🇨🇾

Our school choir recently returned from an international choir festival-contest "Sing & Smile" in Georgia, where they gave a fantastic performance and earned a well-deserved 2nd place of honour!

On Sunday, 9 November, our school turned into a chess battleground full of young heroes, as we proudly hosted the Super Chess Heroes Youth Tournament with our friends from Shah Mat Masters Chess Academy.
96 players, 5 age groups, endless moments of focus, laughter, and growth.
Every move was a lesson in patience, creativity, and respect.

Secondary students spent the morning sharing prose and poetry in English and Russian as part of their Language and Literature lessons. The setting offered them space to practise clear expression, thoughtful interpretation, and the confidence to speak to a public audience.
Their readings showed careful preparation and genuine engagement with the texts, a practical step in developing strong communication skills and cultural awareness!
