it goes like this
you will need at least 15 fent pills to get the overdose effect
the injected version is much stronger, better healing but gets you closer to OD
overdose oxygen loss likely wont kill you but will damage you plenty

the suicide bomber terrorists are very fast, you will survive only under drugs or by choosing the nigger race
