This guy called @happy_igbans scammed me out of $150 for instagram services. He made claims that he could “ban” accounts on instagram that “harass you” and could “unban” accounts on instagram. He is a liar and a scammer. All his vouches are fake and all the members in his fake vouch groups are fake. He put a lot of work into bots pretending to be real customers.
