🎀 time frame for reports : 8:00 am — 9:00 pm from Mon — Fri only. (no fixing during Sat. & Sun.)
🎀 make sure to double check the account before reporting.
🎀 fill out the report form properly!
🎀 always provide the proof of vouch.
🎀  fixing will take for about 1 — 7 days. this is a default fixing time but if I can, I will fix the account within a day.
🎀  up your reports only if exceeded 7 days of reporting time.

🌱 no fixing if :

🎀 false report or any false info such as wrong password, remaining days or if the account is still working.
🎀 incomplete form.
🎀 direct reporting. reports
must be sent on the report acc only!
🎀 no proof of log in & vouch within 12 hrs. after dropping the account.
🎀 sending reports beyond time frame.
🎀 asking for an update when in fact, the report form was just sent few hours ago.
🎀 failed to follow the guidelines.
