See I am no one to decide for you but, if you be too dependent on someone else for love or your happiness, u lose your value slowly.
Or maybe, try trusting him more.
It depends, if he is used to lie and has been impassive, then maybe try to call but if no response then try to stay calm and don't try more. You have self respect !
But if he told about something he might be busy about, or you know he is trustworthy then just wait, and believe in him.
