I have a Manager/Head Human Capital role in a good holding company .

 
-They need someone who has worked in HR with good holding company/ family business which apply best practices.

-Role is based in*Jeddah*

-Role reports to CEO

-Preference is for Saudi nationals.

-Salary 35-50  k SAR per month plus bonus , medical

-Salary can go higher (like 60 or 70 k SAR)depending on current salary

-Experience in recruitment is a must. But the candidate must also have some exposure/experience in other HR areas such as compensation, HR systems, policies and procedures etc. This will be an added advantage

-Must have HR qualification/certification

- Must have 15+ years' total experience at least.
Someone with strong hr experience in a holding company/ family business.
