While BTC.D. is testing support for quite a while, BTC, ETH, and altcoin reserves are showing some interesting patterns. While BTC and ETH reserve is flowing out of the exchange every day, altcoins reserve are increasing daily. No matter the price of BTC (whether it pumps or dumps), if this phenomenon continues without any turnover signs, holding/longing BTC and ETH might be a wiser decision to make than holding/longing alts that are increasing in reserve value.

Price Action:
-Btc breaking out from the falling wedge
-testing the resistance at 44.5k..if this flips that to support retest of 48k zone is possible
-RSI broke out from the downtrend as well indicating this is not a fakeout
-Nearest resistance is at $44500..daily close above this will be good

-Total crypto marketcap in simple words defines the money pouring into crypto market…the healthier it is healthier will be the crypto market.
Now coming to the analysis, there is an ascending channel shown in chart…whenever the total cap breaks above the channel we see a parabolic growth in whole crypto market which we haven’t seen in current bull cycle.
And whenever total cap drops below the channel that triggers the bear market.
Right now as you can see we are in middle of the channel which is good and looks healthy. It would be really interesting to see what happens in the months to come…if total market cap manages to break above the channel then that would make cryptomarket worth more than 4.1 trillion dollars market cap🤯 and that would be insane.
