Ulug'bek attended a public school where classes were primarily conducted in Uzbek. However, he ventured into various English environments like DTM, IELTS, and G.English, which greatly improved his English skills. He even scored an impressive 7.5 on his IELTS exam.
🐳At SATashkent, we supported Ulug'bek as he delved into complex writings such as Moby Dick, Sense and Sensibility, and explored philosophical concepts like Marxism. With dedication and analysis, he gradually improved and achieved an impressive SAT score of 1460 on his first try.
Not only is Ulug'bek an amazing student, but he also plays an integral role in our SATashkent Community, inspiring and helping others. As he reminisces about his time at SATashkent, he aptly describes it in his own words.
📝“If my memory serves me correctly, I initially obtained approximately 1260 (510+750) in my first mock exam. This score seemed daunting, as achieving 1450+ within a month appeared almost impossible. Nevertheless, my teachers, Asadbek aka and Sukhrob aka, placed their trust in me and encouraged me to catch up with the rest of the class. Thanks to their unwavering support, I managed to attain an 8 in the IELTS reading section (with an overall score of 7.5) followed by a SAT score of 1460 (660+800). I believe I have successfully lived up to their expectations.
I am immensely grateful for choosing this particular center. Without this course, achieving such results would have been as likely as pigs flying. Always remember that having faith in your own success is what truly matters!”
Stay tuned as we celebrate Ulug'bek's remarkable journey and the collective triumphs of SATashkents in our vibrant community. Together, we forge paths of inspiration, growth, and shared success.❤️🔥

Connection between IELTS Scores and SAT English Scores
As students pursue higher education or explore opportunities abroad, they often encounter standardized tests such as the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) and SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test). While the IELTS assesses English language proficiency for non-native speakers, the SAT focuses on evaluating college readiness, including critical reading and writing skills. This begs the question: Is there any correlation between IELTS scores and SAT English scores? In this blog post, we delve into this intriguing topic and shed light on the potential relationship between these two assessments.
Understanding the IELTS and SAT English:
Before exploring any correlation, it's crucial to understand the fundamental differences between the IELTS and SAT English sections. The IELTS consists of four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, each assessing specific language skills. On the other hand, the SAT English section primarily evaluates reading comprehension, grammar usage, and essay writing skills.
Correlation vs. Causation:
When analyzing the relationship between IELTS and SAT English scores, it's important to remember that correlation does not imply causation. While certain similarities exist between the two assessments, they serve distinct purposes and measure different aspects of English proficiency and academic readiness. Therefore, any correlation found may be influenced by various factors.
Potential Correlation Factors:
Despite the differences in their focus, it is possible to identify some factors that could contribute to a correlation between IELTS and SAT English scores:
1. Language Proficiency: Both tests evaluate language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension. Strong language abilities acquired during IELTS preparation may positively impact SAT English performance.
2. Critical Thinking: Both assessments require critical thinking skills to comprehend complex texts, analyze arguments, and write coherent essays. Developing these skills during IELTS preparation may enhance performance in the SAT English section.
3. Test-Taking Skills: Familiarity with standardized test formats, timing strategies, and managing test anxiety can be beneficial for both the IELTS and SAT. The experience gained during IELTS preparation may carry over to the SAT, potentially impacting performance.
While it is tempting to speculate about a direct correlation between IELTS scores and SAT English scores, it is essential to approach the topic with caution. The relationship between these two assessments is nuanced, influenced by various factors such as language proficiency, critical thinking skills, and test-taking strategies. It is important for students to approach each test independently, focusing on the specific requirements and preparation strategies tailored to the respective exams.
Ultimately, achieving success in both the IELTS and SAT English sections requires dedication, practice, and a comprehensive understanding of the test formats. By leveraging the strengths of each assessment, students can enhance their English language proficiency, develop critical thinking abilities, and improve their overall academic readiness.
Disclaimer: The correlation between IELTS scores and SAT English scores may vary among individuals, and no definitive connection can be universally established. It is advisable for students to consult with their educational advisors and conduct thorough research when considering the relationship between these two assessments.
In conclusion, while there may be some correlation between IELTS scores and SAT English scores, it is crucial to acknowledge their distinct purposes and focus on targeted preparation for each test. By focusing on individual performance and understanding the unique requirements of each exam, students can effectively navigate these assessments and showcase their language proficiency and academic readiness.

📔Financial Aid Policy at SATashkent School: Unlocking Opportunities for Academic Excellence
At SATashkent, we firmly believe in nurturing and rewarding exceptional talent. That's why seasonally offer our prestigious scholarships, available to students in Uzbekistan. These scholarships are offered four times a year, providing an opportunity for motivated individuals to embark on a transformative educational journey.
The amount of our scholarships is contingent upon the level of students, ranging from 25% to 100% coverage. This ensures that we cater to a diverse range of academic aspirations and financial backgrounds. While the specific structure may vary with each scholarship cycle, our commitment to recognizing and supporting deserving students remains unwavering.
Our selection process for these scholarships is rigorous and aims to identify the most promising candidates from across Uzbekistan. We adopt a three-step approach to evaluate applicants, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.
The first stage involves a written essay and application form, where applicants have the opportunity to showcase their analytical and expressive abilities. This step allows us to gain deeper insights into their intellectual capabilities and their passion for learning.
For the second stage, successful essay writers move on to a comprehensive test, which assesses their aptitude in the logical understanding of the merit. This step enables us to gauge their proficiency and readiness to excel academically.
Lastly, the final stage consists of a personal interview, where a panel of experts engages with the candidates, seeking to understand their goals, motivations, and overall suitability for the scholarship. This interaction provides a holistic evaluation, allowing us to select individuals who demonstrate not only academic excellence but also personal qualities that align with our institution's values.
Due to the highly competitive nature of the application process, our scholarships are exclusively offered to the top 8% of applicants. This selectivity ensures that we assemble a cohort of exceptional students who will contribute significantly to our academic community and ultimately make a positive impact in their chosen fields.
Throughout the 4 months of SAT Package with a scholarship, selected students will expose themselves to the rigorous academic environment, reading fundamental literature, writing reflection essays, building your narrative for university application, and covering all SAT English and Math question types.
