Today is very important day! Guess what? @satashkent
should we send all of them at once or one by one ?
📅We began September - the fall of 2023 - with successful results. If you've been paying attention, last Friday marked the release of the August SAT results. Now, looking back at the experience, we can confidently say that we have achieved success.
However, in order to present the box plot results for all members of our community, today we want to share a drop in the ocean, giving you a glimpse of SATashkent's August exam results.
📌Meet Sardor, a high school junior (9th grade) who joined us with an IELTS score of 7.0 and a solid grasp of subjects such as physics and math. Throughout the 3-month SAT package program, we worked on his math and English skills, exposing him to advanced English materials and offering specialized and tailored math courses. One of the books Sardor covered during this time was "Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius.
Soon, Sardor will be applying to one of the UWC (United World College) programs. We will be assisting him with his UWC application, striving to secure an acceptance letter from this renowned IB teaching institution. Sardor plays a vital role in our SATashkent Community.
📝Reflecting on his journey at SATashkent, Sardor says, "My SAT journey began when I realized my aspiration to attend top foreign universities. I discovered that without an SAT certificate, gaining admission to these prestigious institutions would be incredibly challenging, if not impossible. Thus, I embarked on a search for educational centers and teachers to help me prepare for the SAT. Being somewhat discerning, I found it difficult to choose a study location and tried many centers. However, one stood out above the rest: SATASHKENT. I still vividly recall the day I first attended there. After just two lessons, I could envision my future self achieving a high SAT score with the guidance of Mr.Asadbek (English) and Mr.Suxrob (math). The exceptional atmosphere, supportive peers, and thriving alumni community all contributed to my positive experience at SATASHKENT. I attended lessons daily, and the way teachers taught us was exceptional; they made even the most challenging topics manageable. I was assured of the teaching quality, but little did I know that their methods were not only effective but also fostered genuine connections between students and teachers. Instead of merely delivering lessons, they showed a sincere interest in our academic lives and built strong rapport through a brother-to-brother approach, rather than a master-to-student one. Over the subsequent three months, I tirelessly worked on improving my weaknesses alongside those who are now my newfound brothers at SATASHKENT. Our dedication and perseverance paid off when we achieved valid scores after just three months of hard work. Though grateful for my results, I still feel somewhat conflicted and have profound feelings about it. With the knowledge provided by my teachers, I believe that I could have achieved a score of 1550 or higher. That being said, it would be dishonest if I didn't acknowledge SATASHKENT's excellence. Despite lingering uncertainty, I am pleased with my decision to choose SATASHKENT over other options and remain content with what we accomplished together as a community."
At the end of this post, we want to express our gratitude to Sardor for his dedication and trust. We also want to extend our thanks to his parents and teachers, including Xolmatov Ulug'bek and Xolmatova Shirinoy, as well as Saidazimova Dilrabo (English) and Farmonov Abrorjon (math).

🚀SAT and Beyond program has just proved its effectiveness!
In early August, we introduced a new idea for the course, guaranteeing success with a score of 1450 or a full refund. Risking it all, we began accepting students for the program. Throughout the 24-day period, we worked tirelessly, focusing on each student's weaknesses and strengths.
🏛One of them is Sardor, who hails from Al-Khwarizmi School, considered one of the presidential schools in Tashkent. Sardor had a strong understanding of math, but he lacked the necessary skills to score more than 1450. After dedicating a total of 192 hours over 24 days, we were able to achieve a score of 1460.
📅Recalling his journey at SATashkent, Sardor says, "After taking the IELTS, like many other students, achieving a high SAT score became my primary goal. That's when I learned about SATASHKENT's 'SAT and Beyond' package, and that's where my SATASHKENT journey began. I still remember the days when I first arrived at SATASHKENT. While my knowledge of mathematics was strong, I knew almost nothing about SAT reading and writing. For the first 10 days, my teacher, Mr. Sukhrob, and I focused on mathematics. Then we shifted our focus solely to reading and writing with Mr. Asadbek. Throughout this preparation, Mr. Sukhrob and Mr. Asadbek always assisted me whenever I asked for help. We worked on my weak points from morning till night during August. They became more like my brothers than just teachers. What I want to convey in the end is that if I had studied somewhere other than SATASHKENT in August, I would not have been able to achieve such a result in such a short period of time. I am deeply grateful to the SATASHKENT family for helping me achieve one of the most memorable accomplishments in my life."

I would love to say thanks to my close friend @husan_isomiddinov. I remember the moment I got 540 in math practice and felt discouraged and disappointed. Despite that, I was fortunate to meet this genius and cooperate with him, studying together and pushing one another to hustle. I unmistakably reached out to him the most to ask for solutions and explanations for math problems. He indubitably accelerated my progress in math.
We endeavor to ace the test in October with my comrades. I am appreciative of my result, yet still, there is no room for complacency.

However, for Ozod, the score may not be enough, but yes, it is. He deserves that 1520+. He truly deserves that. However, Ozod, you have to understand that no score defines your personality and the contribution you make to the people around you, including SATashkent.

Since we started our project in January 2022, we have been sharing every single student's results to show what it's like to study for the SAT. 📚 Not everyone can achieve a decent score unless they work consistently and receive the right guidance.
A few weeks ago, we finished another difficult August Exam. Today, we want to share the data of our students' results in the form of a box plot. 📊📋 While we strive to treat all students equally, factors such as their foundation, study timeline, and discipline (the human factor) influence their scores. 📈
