What worries me is that, this could set back the government's "pro-tech" stance and undermine the positive progress we've made under this administration.

Is anyone planning on doing Advent of Code this year. [AoC]
I'm too old for this, but I highly recommend that you youngsters try it
If it's too easy, challenge yourself by implementing it in a new programming language you've never used
It's also a good way to showcase your skills. I first noticed @thefrectonz when he was doing Advent of Code a while ago

It's hard for me to explain my love-hate relationship with the Ministry of Revenue.
However, my motto never changed, only pay the amount you are legally obligated to pay.
And the "legally obligated" part has some wiggle room if you know what you're doing.
Hire an accountant, a really good one, they basically pay for themselves

How much are you willing to pay for a payment gateway?
Just to clarify, platforms also charge payment gateways.
For instance, Telebirr charges 0.5%. Some platforms are free, and it would be great if this transparency were clearer for developers and merchants.
I also hope we could see a transaction fee cap, so even if transaction amounts grow, the fee wouldn't go beyond a certain limit.
