The State of the Prisoners: 3 Years Since October 7th
After the historical Operation Al-Aqsa Flood began three years ago, Hamas ended their narrative with a call to the world demanding a monumental shift in the status of the Zionist occupation.
A key demand of the Resistance has always been to free all Palestinian prisoners. The martyred deputy chief of Hamas’s political bureau, Saleh al-Arouri, said immediately following the launch of Al-Aqsa Flood, “Our detainees in [Zionist] prisons, their freedom is looming large. What we have in our hands will release all our prisoners.” Hostage exchanges have long been a strategy of the Resistance for forcing the hand of the genocidal settler state, and achieving the freedom of thousands of prisoners.

Two days ago, occupation forces arrested the former prisoner Iyad Nabulsi after raiding his home in the Karum Ashur neighborhood, east of Nablus.
On october 26th 2022 we was arrested and spent nearly two years on administrative detention.
Iyad is the brother of the resistance fighter and martyr Ibrahim Nabulsi.

Forcibly exiled liberated Palestinian prisoner, Ragheb Aliwi, welcomes his wife and son, who have been denied travel from Palestine until yesterday.
Ragheb Aliwi was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2015 and liberated in the Toufan al-Ahrar prisoner exchange by the Palestinian resistance on 22 February 2025. Like many of the exiled Palestinian freed prisoners, their families have been barred from seeing them and reuniting in person for a year and a half.
Congratulations to the Aliwi family on their reunion, and may they soon be reunited, free, on the land of Palestine.

Palestinian mother and grandmother, Ruba Muhammad Qamhiyyeh, 59, from Nablus, is finally free after 6 months in zionist occupation prisons.
Ruba is a mother of two sons and two daughters, and a grandmother of five grandchildren. She was arrested from her home by invading occupation forces on 9 April 2026.
During her detention, she was transferred between the Huwwara and Jalameh interrogation centers, and then to HaSharon prison, before being moved to Damon prison.

Since the ceasefire (October 11, 2025): Total martyrs: 1,481, Total injuries: 5,254, Total retrievals: 836
The toll of the "israeli" aggression has risen to 74,370 martyrs and 175,371 injuries since the beginning of the aggression.
Note: 106 martyrs were added to the cumulative statistics of martyrs after completing their data and approval by the martyrs' approval committee, since the last addition to the statistics on October 3, 2026.

This year, on the World Day Against the Death Penalty, Palestinian prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons are experiencing the most brutal stages of systematic elimination and killing since the beginning of the genocide. Detention centers have become primary sites for the practice of physical and psychological torture.
The death penalty within the Israeli system is no longer just a matter of legislative texts or postponed draft laws; it has become a daily reality for Palestinian prisoners through a policy of slow killing and direct and indirect elimination. This policy is manifested in a comprehensive system of torture, systematic starvation, complete deprivation of medical treatment and care, isolation from the outside world, degrading treatment, and extrajudicial killings.
⭕️ Attached is a statement issued by the Prisoner Organizations in conjunction with the World Day Against the Death Penalty.

19-year-old Palestinian Islamic studies student Jana Abu Warda memorized and recited the entire Qur'an in a single session inside occupation prisons, she announced at her latest trial session.
Jana was seized from her family home in al-Khalil by occupation soldiers on 12 February 2026 and has been imprisoned ever since. Her father told Asra Media that before her arrest, she had completed memorizing about twenty parts, but during her detention, despite the harsh circumstances, she was able to complete memorizing the entire Holy Qur'an.
