Blue light glasses are a scam.
About to buy an expensive pair to "protect your eyes"? don't. there's no real evidence they do anything for eye health.
The biggest study on this (2023 Cochrane review, 17 trials) found zero benefit for eye strain. The American Academy of Ophthalmology doesn't recommend them either.
That tired, dry-eye feeling after hours at the screen? that's from you blinking less and staring at one distance, not the blue light. glasses don't fix it. blinking, breaks, and looking away do.

You have to get your hands dirty and start coding as soon as possible
especially when you work DSA it's like using those tools(syntax) and solve the problem in one or another way .
and when it comes to working on projects it feels lighter , you might even see the bugs as a way to learn something ...since when they appear there is something you didn't get correctly or missed out.
Trust me...it's one of the best ways to learn. Even when the errors drive you absolutely nuts, every bug teaches you something new.
It's frustrating in the moment, but it's 100% worth it in the end. π

Tips for Focus & Time Management
βΊ Know your "why." A strong reason keeps you going when motivation disappears.
βΊ Time-block your day. Give every important task its own time slot.
βΊ Remove distractions. Put your phone away and create a space where you can focus(I use Opal for this)
βΊ Focus on one task at a time. Multitasking actually slows you down more than you think(This doesnβt work for me because Iβm a multitasker.)
βΊ Take intentional breaks. Rest is part of productivity, not the opposite of it.
βΊ Stay consistent. You don't have to be perfect every day just keep showing up.
βΊ Write things down. A simple to-do list or notebook clears your mind.
βΊ Protect your energy and be mindful of the people you spend your time with. Sometimes, a few months of sacrifice can lead to years of opportunities(so if you have to cut you have too)
Remember: Discipline will take you places that motivation never can.
