Quick intro π
Iβm Natnael Eskinder
I write code for a living (mostly fix bugging π)
Started coding back in 2019 as a teenager. Now Iβm 23, working remotely as a backend dev.
Outside of work:
β’ Helping beginners get started in coding
β’ Working on projects with other devs
β’ Competitive programming (LeetCode = daily character development)
And also Just joined the Cursor Ambassador Program π
So Iβll be getting more involved in community stuff hackathons, Cursor cafΓ©s, and whatever else we end up building
Also starting my journey as a founder building in public as I go

Just shipped my React project: #Moodify π§
This idea were in my mind for a decades i mean for a very long time so,
I built and deployed a web app that recommends music based on your mood turning a simple idea into a functional product.
try it here Moodify
the idea is-
Instead of searching endlessly for music
, users select how they feel (π π’ π₯ π), and the app dynamically shows songs that match that mood.
What I built:
β’ Mood-based filtering system using React state
β’ Reusable components (MoodSelector, SongCard)
β’ Clean and responsive UI
β’ Structured project architecture
β’ Deployed live using Vercel
β’ Backend with render
Tech Stack:
React (Vite) β’ JavaScript β’ CSS β’ Node.js β’ Express.js β’ Git & GitHub (version control system)
I practiced breaking down features, structuring components, and using Git in a real workflow.
Whatβs next:
β’ Favorites system
β’ UI/UX improvements
β’ And more features...
