Manchester Eid Prayer 2020

We hope you are well and in the best of eemaan. Qadr’Allah wa mashaafa’al we were not able to gain permission from the council in order to use an outdoor area with physical distancing.
Therefore the Eid prayer will take place in the masjid. However due to the regulations requiring physical distancing we will need to adjust how we carry this out.
Due to the popularity of the Eid prayer and who it is waajib on then we will be restricting it strictly to adults only. Children under 15 will not be permitted at all.
To make it as accessible for everyone then we will be having multiple Eid prayers based on the fatwa we had sought from Shaykh Luhaydan about the two jamaa’s; and the current situation and needs of holding the prayer for everyone.
As space is tight, then we will be employing a booking system online through which you can reserve your space.
Please note: if you do not have a ticket then you will be turned away or asked to wait for the next prayer.
Reserving your space is quick and easy and tickets will be downloaded to your mobile or as an email.
