ANNOUNCEMENT: LAUNCH of Ph.D. IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM

Dear All,

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Ph.D. in Information Technology program affiliated to University of Mumbai. This exciting development comes as a response to the growing demand for highly skilled professionals and researchers in the field of information technology. Our program aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and research expertise necessary to make significant contributions to the advancement of IT.

The Ph.D. program places a strong emphasis on research, encouraging students to engage in cutting-edge projects and contribute to the creation of new knowledge. Students will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources necessary to conduct advanced research in their chosen area of specialization.

We will soon invite prospective students with a strong background in information technology or related disciplines to apply for the Ph.D. program.

We are excited about the opportunities this new Ph.D. in Information Technology program will bring and look forward to welcoming a cohort of outstanding doctoral students.

We are delighted to announce two new courses at SAKEC , that are aligned with future technologies and aimed at providing students with cutting-edge knowledge and skills. These courses cater to the fields of electronics engineering & electronics and communication. Here are the details of the courses:
Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology): Intake 60
This course focuses on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) design and technology, which plays a crucial role in the development of advanced electronic systems. Students will learn about the design and implementation of integrated circuits and systems using modern VLSI techniques. The curriculum will cover topics such as digital and analog integrated circuit design, semiconductor devices, system-on-chip (SoC) design, and verification methodologies. Practical aspects, including tools and software used in VLSI design, will be emphasized, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in designing complex integrated circuits.
Electronics and Communication (Advanced Communication Technology): Intake 60
In this course, students will explore the realm of advanced communication technology, which is essential for the development of next-generation communication systems. The curriculum will cover topics such as wireless communication, optical communication, satellite communication, and emerging communication technologies. Students will delve into the principles of digital communication, network protocols, signal processing techniques, and the design of communication systems. The course will also focus on industry trends, such as 5G networks, Internet of Things (IoT), and communication standards, preparing students for the forefront of communication technology advancements.

Both courses will be taught by experienced faculty members who possess extensive knowledge and industry expertise. The students will have access to state-of-the-art laboratories and advanced simulation tools to enhance their learning experience. By enrolling in these courses, students will gain a competitive edge in the field of electronics engineering and electronics and communication, enabling them to excel in the future of technology.

It is the finale of Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav program. 'Meri Maati Mera Desh' celebrates the many achievements of the nation. It involves paying tribute to the 'Veers' who protect our nation. The ceremonies would be conducted at the level of the village, Panchayat, Block, Urban Local body, State and National level.
