Stress is a natural part of life, and it can help inspire you to get things done. Even severe stress caused by a significant disease, job loss, a family tragedy, or a traumatic life event might be considered normal. You may feel low or anxious for a period, which is typical. Speak with a friend/family member/doctor if you have been feeling low or anxious for several weeks or if it is interfering with your home or work life.

We are back with another WEBINAR! Ever wonder how to start your graphics design journey ? Make sure to take part in this week webinar and get an in-depth look with our special guest Mataniah Tedla , Sharing his experience as a self-taught graphic designerβ¦
#RECAP
Yesterday's webinar was a success. We had our amazing guest, Mataniah Tedla, with us. We discussed βDo design differently β. As a self-taught graphic designer as well as amazing content creator for sometime now , he has had a lot of wisdom to share with us . He started out talking about what graphic design is for anyone who is interested, especially in someone who likes to sketch, but it is not a pre-requirement for graphic design . He also suggested we consider it as a career, since graphic design is an in-demand field of work and is needed in almost every company. We also discussed many tools he uses, including suggested photoshop and illustrations . We also went over how to get clients using various freelancing platforms. To work as a freelancer, it is best to have a good portfolio to showcase your work. He suggested Behance.com he also shared his account https://www.behance.net/mataniah_tedla (mataniah_tedla is his username for all social media if you want to check him out ) to see what a professional portfolio looks like. we also discussed how to negotiate with clients special since in our country there is a bit of education gab he has suggested when doing so to give them 3 option fast, cheap, good and make them chose 2 out of the 3 doing so the design will get what he/she disserve . to help with clients understand our work its a great thing to use Mockup it is a real representation of our design he has suggested freepic.com for that. he also shared many thing that will help with beginners like how to start with learning the basics like principles of design and so on .he has suggested this Graphic Design Websites for Inspiration(not direct copy) Dribbble and Pinterest.
We also discussed content creation as well. He strongly suggested doing the proper research on the information we are sharing . We also discussed different social media. We should post different types of content. He gave an example of tic tok and YouTube. One is for fun, short and entertainment and the other is for more series and longer videos and so on. We also discussed the steps of content creation. We also talked about means of handling negative comments and so much more.
We thank all those who attended the webinar. Hope you enjoyed it and stay tuned for the next one as we will share it shortly!

Attendance and punctuality are essential characteristics for all employees.Punctuality shows that you care about your team members, that you take your job seriously, and that you care about meeting deadlines. Punctuality is connected with professionalism in practically every industry. When someone is punctual, it does not simply mean that they arrive on time. Employees must attend work on a regular basis and arrive on time if not early , as failure to do so has a negative impact on staff morale and productivity may effect you on future promotion and to much of lack of concern regarding your time usage may result in your termination .

Cryptology is the study of data exchange and storage in a secure and usually hidden form. It includes cryptography as well as cryptanalysis.
The name cryptology is derived from the Greek words kryptΓ³s (meaning "hidden") and lΓ³gos (meaning "word"). Security results from legitimate users' ability to alter information using a secret key or keysβthat is, information known only to them. The resulting cipher, while largely incomprehensible and unforgeable in the absence of the secret key, can be decrypted by anybody with the key to retrieve the hidden information or authenticate the source. Although secrecy is still an important function in cryptology, it is typically not the primary goal of utilizing a transformation, and the resulting transformation may only be loosely termed a cipher.

A frontend architecture diagrams the structural relationships between software applications in an enterprise and how they interact with one another to achieve user or business objectives. A frontend architecture can help businesses detect functional gaps as well as scaling and reliability issues. Design patterns can help you build an application. A pattern defines a repeating answer to a problem. Several design patterns can be linked together to form a bigger application architecture. Instead of creating everything from scratch, you may use design patterns to ensure that things work as planned. The frontend and backend architectures will be linked by both frontend and backend services.
What Exactly Is Timeboxing?
Timeboxing is the practice of setting aside a set amount of time each day to work on a specific job. The length of time in a timebox is less crucial than ensuring that you only work on one item throughout that time.
The term "timeboxing" was coined by James Martin in his book Rapid Application Development. According to him, timeboxing is a predetermined time period in which you put up your best efforts to complete a task inside the time restriction after assigning it to yourself. You are not required to complete the task inside the timebox. If the work is complex, you can complete it in many timeboxes.
How Do You Do Timeboxing?
1 Set Timebox for Each Task:- set a specific time frame for each of your tasks
2 Take Regular Breaks:- optimally work only for 35-45 minutes on average
3 Set A Goal
4 Evaluate Your Results and Adjust
