In 2010, I graduated from university and immediately started a business, a classic path for those who didn't find meaning in their studies. I launched my own marketing agency and an online store for children's toys. 😨 That was the mistake. Going from online to offline is not the way to go, it's the other way around. We lost a lot of time and faced constant problems with staff, traffic, rent, and many other issues. In the end, it cost me the project. I lost time and development in the online space.

Over time, after about 6 months, the project started incurring losses. I decided to close the shopping center kiosk and sold part of the stock along with the online store.

Overall, it was a great experience launching e-commerce and marketing. I fully understood the power of the internet.
