Morning guys! I was setting up a new emulator in AS yesterday, and remembered this one great setting in
It disables usage of BT headphones' mic which leads to cut bandwidth for a sound, so it feels really noticeably worse in terms of quality.🎧 (for those who interested why)

p.s. there are some workarounds for a whole system, but they sometimes don't work and tbh I don't care about sound quality for communication that much.
upd: for not too lazy folks - option + click on sound card in Control Centre, it should open not only output, but also input settings right there
