Google Killing Watch History on YouTube
- The only people affected were those who enabled spoof player parameter toggle to fix buffering on YouTube
- ReVanced team found a fix for this issue : We just have to update the YouTube client with latest patches ( Wait for a new update for Android 8 & above users )
- Watch history will work normally after updating the patches , but you won't get back your old watch history !!!
- You need to use this script by the ReVanced team to completely restore the lost history on your account : Restore Missing YT Watch History
- If someone's device is already rooted , then I recommend that they should use the core patch as an alternative of spoof player parameters patch , because no one knows when Google will again fucked up something else !!
- I didn't lose my watch history on YouTube & also never faced any buffering issues because I've never enabled spoof player parameter toggle .
