I am listening to Mother's Day Stream and I just want to add my 2 cents in my experience in international business.

1. If you are in a group inside the United States, the Banking and legal side is highly regulated under the justice system and even the SEC depending on what kind of transaction is taking place.
IOW, if something goes wrong in an International Transaction, you do not have any Jurisdiction to sue, to be made whole. So a contract inside the USA is only: who does what to whom, and if it is not fulfilled, a contract is simply a right to sue.

Who are you gonna file an international law suit with if something goes wrong? Interpole? The Hague? The International Chamber of Commerce?

2. Getting a large amount of money, (over 15 to 20 million, I was told by an International Banking and Finance Attorney), back into the USA is a real task.
It could be frozen unill an investigation of clean and clear origin of funds and the money is released by dot gov. This could take a long long time.

There is no contract, in an international Jurisdiction that can mitigate these above circumstances, in my experience.

These international transactions are NOT DONE ON THE INTERNET or by DM or texting.

In closing, a cottage industry is thriving around these RV internet activities because this exotic currency and historic bonds space is unregulated, except for committing fraud with these assets.
