Venezuela to Give BRICS Priority in Oil & Gas Projects
🗣 "We are ready to work with all BRICS countries and open our country to investments from member states of the association," Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yván Gil Pinto said.
The minister stated that Venezuelan oil and gas projects already enjoy investment from companies from several BRICS counties:
🇷🇺 Russia;
🇨🇳 China;
🇮🇳 India;
🇿🇦 South Africa.
He also mentioned ongoing cooperation in agriculture and pharmaceuticals.
👉 Earlier, Gil Pinto said that Venezuela is not abandoning plans to join BRICS and will strive to become a full member of the association.

Ethiopia's Possible BRICS Bank Membership to Boost Sustainable Development, Diversify Funding Sources
👉 The African country's application to join the New Development Bank has been accepted, the African country's diplomacy reported recently.
Ethiopian economist Shimelis Araya highlighted the benefits of Ethiopia's potential NDB membership, emphasizing access to concessional financing with fewer stringent conditions compared to Western-led institutions.
In an interview with Sputnik Africa, he noted that the NDB offers favorable terms, including:
🟠 longer repayment periods and lower interest rates that could support sustainable development projects in infrastructure;
🟠 poverty reduction;
🟠 environmental protection.
Araya also pointed out that Ethiopia's NDB membership could facilitate trade in local currencies with other BRICS nations, reducing reliance on the US dollar.
🌳 With Ethiopia facing severe climate challenges despite minimal contributions to global emissions, the expert stressed the importance of accessing green financing.

The $7 Trillion Treasury Problem No One’s Ready For.
✅ This year alone, $7 trillion in U.S. government debt comes due.
✅ That debt has to be rolled over—new debt issued to pay off the old.
✅ But here’s the problem... Flooding the market with that much Treasury supply drives bond prices down and yields up.
✅ It’s basic supply and demand.
✅ Higher yields = more expensive debt for the U.S. government.
✅ Interest costs are already racing toward $1 trillion per year, soon to be the biggest item in the federal budget.
✅ And the usual buyers?
• The Fed has stepped back.
• Foreign governments aren’t showing up like they used to.
✅ If demand continues to fall, the entire financial system feels the pressure:
• Higher mortgage and credit card rates.
• Falling markets.
• A weaker dollar.
• Rising fears of U.S. insolvency.
✅ This is the real debt ceiling—and it’s already here.

BRICS: Asia Could Dump $2.5 Trillion Worth of US Dollar Currency.
✅ The US dollar may face a huge crisis from BRICS and other Asian currencies, an “avalanche” of selling the USD worth $2.5 trillion could come from Asian countries.
✅ He revealed that Asian exporters and investors have stockpiled a large sum of USD over the years that could soon be dumped as the greenback is weakening against local currencies in 2025.
✅ The Bloomberg currency index shows that the USD is down 8% since February, while local currencies are outperforming the reserve currency.
✅ This gives the BRICS alliance more power to initiate the de-dollarization agenda as $2.5 trillion worth of US dollar hangs on a thread.
