As a temporary solution, you can use any VPN with a connection to Russia just to run the tool and before launching the game turn off VPN

If you have a Legacy MW19 key (a set of letters and numbers like 11UtsGhQqV46SXuiYyopsVA and not XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) the new launcher can't recognize them, so you can DM me @sayrivera your MW19 key and email address for rut.gg profile, I'll add the MW19 license to your RUT profile manually.

The V3 launcher (console) still doesn't support Steam when running MW19 RUT.

If RUT/UAV stopped working for you today, check your Windows update history and if installed try to uninstall these latest updates:
