Feeling bad?
The thing is that 150,000 people died today, and each and every one of them would give everything to take your place.
Count your blessings and keep moving. If you ever find yourself overthinking, depressed, or anxious, think about 150,000 unfortunate ones who do not see the next day.
Guess, there are things to be more grateful for β moments.

which one have you seen before? and here, I will show how you can activate your vocabulary bank. I do it from time to time esp. when I have some time off. It can help you too, most def.
Late Sunday night, I am having a casual conversation with my friends, but at the same time I am trying to wrap my head around how bad my mood is. U may think, I am being deluded or something, and I should get this through my thick skull and move on to be more optimistic about my life. Here, I could not have been more cynical about peopleβs opinions, especially you, I mean, cβmon. Thatβs rich, something like this coming from someone like you who is always skeptical about everything like an Antichrist. Though I must admit, it was audacious of you to point that out when I was going crazy. Thatβs why I do not go out to have fun anymore because I self-identify as a loner, not a pack animal since I just like putting my head down and try to get through difficulties. It is what matters, I mean, taking matters into your own hands even if you cannot see three feet in front of you. If I had not had my wits about me, I would not be able to see my problems and that would have drowned me. When it comes to how I complete this text with a logical ending, well, the juryβs still out on that.

you just go on and on without connecting your sentences to one another. if you can, then well, be my guest and do it, but most of the time, you cannot, esp. when collocations are not related to each other at all.
simple technique, yet works like a charm, supposing you wanna take your speaking to the next level.
doctor recommended.

Just a quick observation.
From what I have seen, speaking questions, esp. in part 3 can vary from time to time. Don't rely on these questions that much, as the examiners tend to make follow-up questions based on your real time answers.
They are highly trained professionals and they know how to throw you off by asking somewhat unorthodox questions, meaning different to the ones in the app or other sources.
The important skill in speaking is relying on your 'speaking abilities', not predicted or memorized samples. Be ready to embrace unexpected, special, and never-seen q's.

Some countries use prisons primarily as a punishment for criminals. Other countries use them to rehabilitate prisoners so they can be useful members of society.
Discuss both sides and give your opinion.
In many countries around the world, the main function of prison is to punish criminals for their misdeeds, while some have argued that jails should serve primarily as rehabilitation centers. While both of these points of view are valid, I believe that there should be a balance between using prisons for punishing and rehabilitating offenders.
On the one hand, having strict prison systems has the potential of discouraging other potential criminals from committing crimes of their own. If people know that the consequences of bad behavior are long sentences in harsh penitentiaries, they would entirely rethink their choices before breaking the law. It also seems that if justice is to be preserved, the punishment should in some cases be severe. For example, if a person commits murder, the families of the deceased can only find comfort knowing that the offender will pay a heavy price for their actions.
On the other hand, rehabilitation should also be a crucial role of prisons. In terms of statistics and crime prevention, it has been shown that focusing on rehabilitating offenders is most likely to reduce recidivism rates and the amount of crime in a society. A good example of this is in Norway, which treats convicts with care, respect and dignity resulting in one of the lowest rearrest rates around the globe. Furthermore, concentrating on rehabilitating prisoners makes financial sense. Criminal justice systems that take a more humane approach are much less expensive in the long run due to the shorter sentences and the resulting reduction in recidivism levels.
In my opinion, adopting a more balanced perspective on the role of prisons is arguably the most critical factor to consider. While both severe punishments and rehabilitation programs are vital, leaning too far towards either approach can result in undesirable consequences. For example, overly stringent and harsh jail conditions may harm the mental and physical health of inmates, whereas focusing too much on lenient sentences coupled with rehabilitation services is likely to backfire on society through increased crime rates. Thus, responsible officials should guarantee that the balance is maintained between punishment and rehabilitation.
In conclusion, the ideal system should strike a balance between punishing and rehabilitating criminals. While strict penalties serve as a deterrent and uphold justice, rehabilitation programs are essential for reducing reoffending and fostering long-term societal safety. An overly punitive approach can lead to adverse consequences for inmates, whilst excessive leniency may fail to protect the public. Therefore, a well-balanced system that enforces justice while also supporting the reintegration of offenders is the most effective way to maintain law and order.

An important message to anyone who does not understand how marking system works.
At high levels, it boils down to whether examiners are willing to give 9s for anything. Do they require perfection for a 9? Is an essay or a speech ever perfect? Around the 7 mark examiners are pretty consistent, but in the 8 to 9 range, it's all over the place.
For instance, if they give 9s for Fluency and Grammar, they may not give the same for vocabulary or pronunciation, or visa versa. It seems that our score is not entirely on our hands, but it does not concern low-level candidates. Between the mark 8 and 9, on the other hand, keep your heads up as we will find 'our examiner' at last.
You may say the system is rigged and not unfair; however, we have consider one little element called 'the human factor'. Everyone is different, so markings differ as well.

Information is presented by the table which depicts the yearly milk production in four different countries, namely Netherlands, Australia, Tanzania, and Guatemala in 1990, 2000 and 2010.
Overall, there was a marked rise in terms of milk produce across all four countries except for Australia, which saw a decline in its production of milk over the years. It is also clear that similar to Australia, Netherlands produced milk on a significantly larger scale than Tanzania and Guatemala.
In detail, Netherlands, with 11,262,000 liters of milk production, was the leading producer in 1990, albeit the figure had a slight drop to 11,155,000 liters by 2000. However, the production rebounded and reached its highest level of 11,466,000 in 2010, making it the highest milk output across given countries. Despite manufacturing milk in large quantities, Australia saw a downward trend, starting at 11,246,000 liters in the first year. By the end of the second and final year, Australian milk production fell to respective points of 11,105,000 and 9,165,000 liters, showing a gradual decline within the period.
As for Tanzania and Guatemala, it is evident that their scale of milk production was considerably smaller, with the former standing at 87,000 liters of milk in 1990. This figure then climbed to 142,000 liters in 2000 and 155,000 liters ten years later. A similar pattern can be observed in the milk production of Guatemala, experiencing a rise from an initial 26,000 liters to the final 84,000 liters of milk by 2010.

Intelligence is the most important quality of a leader. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
There is a view that the most crucial characteristic one should have as a leader is intelligence. While being smart is indeed important when it comes to leading people, I believe there are other essential personal assets, too, such as compassion and sociability.
Understandably, some people advocate for possessing intelligence over other qualities to become a leader, which is especially useful when used properly to overcome challenges. Strong problem-solving skills not only facilitate work processes, but also makes leaders indispensable, especially to their followers. In fact, individuals expect the person who leads them to be adept at navigating through work and lifeβs difficulties, which takes brainwork and critical thinking. Thus, dealing with people in a smart way may be one of the contributing factors to becoming a good leader.
Intelligence is not the sole factor at play, however. In reality, making others follow your instructions and commands is a daunting task when they assume that you lack compassion for their professional and personal lives. Unlike leaders who think that they are above other people, those focusing on love and compassion instead of control and dominance have more chances of forming better relationships with colleagues. By prioritizing the former assets, one can handle people more effectively and make them believe in their collective ideas and goals.
Furthermore, the ability of a leader to communicate with clients and people they work with cannot be denied. It is no surprise that many companies and corporations include sociability as a chief requirement for managerial positions, thereby highlighting the need to be more articulate. Each person, by nature, is different, making it difficult for leading managers to find a way to connect with everyone. However, with the assistance of their sociable nature, many managers can become well-liked leaders in their field despite the complications in terms of dealing with the public.
In summary, while intelligence is vital for leadership, compassion and sociability are equally important. In my view, a great leader balances problem-solving skills with emotional understanding and interaction to inspire trust, collaboration, and unity within their team.
